We’ve done a lot this year, pivoting our outreach programs during a pandemic, ensuring safe housing and education for our scholars, and learning to disseminate lifesaving materials on sexual violence prevention, advocacy, and reporting to our communities in new ways.

For the International Day of the Girl, Freely in Hope launched an arts competition to invite communities to be a part of reimagining a safer Kenya for teenage girls. We received 44 submissions from 12 counties across Kenya. See the winners here!

Our Kenyan team finally got to move all of our high school scholars to the safe house! We are excited for the opportunity to engage them more, both academically and psycho-socially.
