The Operations & Development Director focuses on strengthening operational management, building funding partnerships, and ensuring strategic impact to scale survivor-led programs in Zambia. Mental Health Specialist • Lusaka, Zambia

The Mental Health Specialist provides counseling for Freely in Hope’s Scholars utilizing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) model, works with the Social Worker to organize counseling appointments with scholars, participates in crisis intervention meetings, consult, and provide recommendations with the Global Team, and updates case files with appropriate and necessary information.
